Sole Trader
If you are a sole trader or operating in a partnership we can provide you with advice and assistance to minimise your tax liability each year. For an annual all inclusive fee we will prepare your accounts, calculate your capital allowances, complete and file your self-assessment form and deal with any queries which the revenue may have.
Limited Company
For an agreed annual sum we will prepare, from your records, a Year end Profit / Loss and Balance Sheet statement, agree this with you together with all Control Accounts. Then prepare your Companies Year End Accounts in Statutory Account format, file these with Companies House . Then we would calculate your Corporation Tax Liability and submit the appropriate form to the Revenue for approval. Further options are available, such as book- keeping, payroll and Monthly Accounts.
